You can order online and enjoy free delivery service. Simply add the products to the shopping cart and continue with the checkout. During registration, we will ask you for some contact information. Make sure you choose the payment method and get order confirmation by e-mail.
2. Is it possible to buy 4pets.ge products directly in the shop?
Yes, besides buying online you are more than welcome to visit us at 4Pets Zoogallery at 52 Paliashvili Street and still enjoy the delivery service.
3. Does a customer pay more in case of paying online or by POS terminal?
There is no additional fee by paying online or by POS terminal. The price of product remains the same, no matter which payment method is used.
4. When do I get the products, after placing an order?
Depending on your location for order, you'd receive the products from 1 to 3 business days. When your order is placed during weekdays before 12:00 o'clock within Tbilisi, it will be scheduled for same day delivery.
5. How much does a delivery service cost?
In case of your total order amount is more than 75 GEL, delivery is free! In case of your total order amount is less than 75 GEL, cost of delivery fee is only 10 GEL for all orders around Georgia.
6. What should I do if I need to cancel my order?

Please consider that we don't accept returns after 7 days of order delivery and any products that are torn or open will not be taken back.

Sure we can! To find out whether or not your pet would love our food & treats, you can request sample delivery along with your orders. Simply let us know when you place your order.
9. What to do if my order is damaged during cargo by the courier service?
We would never consider this could happen, but if it does please do not accept the delivery! Sign the waybill that the cargo is damaged and inform us either by phone to our number (32) 242 0 555 or send us an email to email@example.com. We'd be more than glad to send you the damaged products within 3 business days of your claim. ( For any damaged item within your order of more than one product, you can place a separate return request).
